I have been taking fish oil omega 3 for about 1 1/2 years. At times I was at a high dosage combating high tryglycerides, anxiety and depression. I took up to 8 grams a day. I now only take 1-2 grams a day of the omega 3. I now decided to try flax because it has the omega 6 and 9 that the fish oil did not have.
I don't want to take the omega 3 in such a high dose anymore and the dosage of the flax I have is 3.4 grams of omega 3.
Is the linoleic acid the same as EPA and DHA?
