Re: Great Results with celery seed !
Well, I have been taking other BP-related suppliments for quite some time (hawthorne, coQ enzyme, vit c, potassium, garlic, etc) but they never seemed to do much for the numbers.
For a short while, I was put on sample BP meds by my doctor. The prescription diuretic (hydrochorothiazide) didn't do much for me. So, I think there's something else going on with the
Celery seeds (it's both a mild diuretic and calcium channel blocker). The difference was dramatic after taking the tea for a few days. It's also a very inexpensive treatment (it's about $4/lb for
Celery seeds, which is way more than you'd ever need + $2 for a decent fine mesh tea infuser + any coffee grinder).
I'm also anxious to try the "Eggplant Water" recipe mentioned below, but I'm pretty sure it's just a natural diuretic.
