Gallbladder/liver flush

I'm going to do the flush in two days - but I'm a bit apprehensive. My doctor said the walls of my gall bladder are thickened - will this make any difference to doing the flush. He couldn't tell me after an ultrasound if I have stones or polyps just said there are shadows...so is it worth a try? Someone said when the olive oil hits my gall bladder it will be extremely painfull - any comments?
