LOL!...I just posted alternatives to the Epsom Salts , but I don't think there's any way around the olive oil...or similar oil alternative! It would take too many caps in order to get a sufficient quantity of oil and the results probably wouldn't be good. Same goes for the McD or KFC greasy food pig-out...your digestive system would be busy processing a whole lot more than just the fat.

Some find that mixing the olive oil together with grapefruit juice makes it much easier to get down. Drinking it through a straw may also help. Tweet
