Last week I completed my seventh flush. Because I wonder if that much salt can harm the kidneys I have been taking less and less(flush six I used 2.5 tsp).Flush seven I used no salt and I still got over 100 stones (some quite large). It took longer for them to come out though.From now on I wont use Epsom Salt but will use more oil.
