Re: No OLIVE OIL -LEMON Juice "flush"

I did the regular flushes about 3 times last summer, then they were making me so sick (not doing them on empty stomach I know now) that I couldn't even think about doing it.
I did the garlic sopisitory (sp?) 3 times...the first two I did before I went to bed ...purely for the hemmorhoids...we were on vacation and were getting ready to travel from Reno to Sacramento...and I couldn't sit down!

this time the hemmorhoids were causing tremendous pain, and this time I had the Sabbath (I'm SDA Pastor's wife) and was looking forward to sitting in 3 church services (9, 11 & 2pm forward to, we are in a 4 church district in Western Nebraska).

so technically I did it once...however

also suggests...
1oz olive oil
4 oz grapefruit juice to soften the stones (this one was NOT soft! though) and I had been doing that for about 2 weeks...I also had been taking vit. E, Lecithin to soften the stools, garlic (orally) does wonders to, and other supplements.

It was not "alone" in the toilet...it was with "other stuff too. It wasn't like I just popped out a stone :)

Surprised me also.!
