Yes, much better as most packaged juice is full of junk. If you cannot find fresh don't drink it. I take the fresh fruit and cook it in water along with the skin, pulp and everything and boil for 20 minutes and then take the fruits out and drink the water. I take the water and add it to my juices and it is oh so beneficial. If you can get really good fruit then eat the fruit inside and then boil the skins and remainder like I told you and you should be in better health. I am oh so hoping.
