Herpes II treatment advice wanted

I am interested in treating my genital herpes with urine therapy and I'm a little nervous about the chance of auto-inoculation, though as I understand, this is probably not a concern. Also, should it be more effective to use urine collected during an outbreak? (of course this is when my concern would be greater)
