Relief from a gall bladder attack, a personal anecdote

For some reason, I had my worst gall bladder attack for nine months yesterday, then again today. I was extremely bloated, to the point where my breathing became shallow because the diaphragm cannot move properly, a facial flush and a quite sharp pain in the gall area. I also had some acid reflux plus tiredness. Very poorly. I tried using lecithin mixed with some freshly squeezed apple juice and this may have helped. But, in desperation, I tried a new method, for me anyway.

I filled up a hot water bottle, pushed it against the gall area and lay on my right hand side for about two hours. As the gall heated up, I began to feel movement in the area and my pulse shot up. But the movement in the area felt just like material being cleared, forcing its way down the body. After a couple of hours, I stood up and found all the stomach bloating had gone and I felt normal again having felt in an extreme way just a short time before.

I hope this method can work for others.
