Re: Are these symptoms of stones?

hi all, this is allanb, finally got registered...

well i am halfway thru my first flush so i guess its a little late to be asking questions but i iwll give it a shot anyway. the things i was worried about were

1. doing the flush and still needing an operation (% chance of this happening)

2. that it could possibly not even be stones

3. is there any pain associated with the flush

4. because of my back pain, i dont think im going to be able to sleep on my back, never have been able to but i can give it a shot, but if i cant, will this have a major effect on the flush?

to better describe the pain i am having... right side of my back just above pelvis i have muscle spasms when i cough or bend too far. just above that and below the shoulder blade area also on the right side, i have spasms that actually bend me backwards, during this i cant breath in or out, it is very very painful. i actually got stuck in a chair because it hurt too bad trying to get up. it seems to be getting better but still have spasms a few times per hour.

i was reading through the posts and someone said they had an attack that lasted 8 hours. im not so sure if this is an attack or just the gall bladder is inflamed pushing on the nerves in my back (or that there is no gall bladder problem and just a misplaced rib). anyway, im already sounding like a worry wart, its in my nature :)

thx for the info, will let you know how the rest of the flush goes when i finish.
