Re: You didnt answer the question.

"MARRIAGE IS A CONTRACT TO RAISE CHILDREN-A.D."

So, if a man and a woman get married and choose not to have children, or if the woman is infertile or too old to have children, you consider those marriages to be illegitimate?

"So are you for two or three or four men adopting a baby and raising it. If they are legally married then what is to stop them."

On what planet do you live? Please name one place where more than two people can get married.

"In my opinion a baby is entitled to a mother and a father. What say you??????????????????????????????????????? I want an answer."

Sure, it would be great if all children had the opportunity to be raised by a mother and a father. But, obviously, that's not the case for many children, right? There are many single-parent households in this country. In many cases grandparents and aunts and uncles become defacto parents because of the inability of the birth parents to care for their children. Is there something wrong with that?

Children should be raised with love and support. If that love and support comes from a mother and a father, great. If it comes from two women or two men in a committed relationship (or even, gasp, marriage!), or from grandparents, or other relatives, that's perfectly OK with me. Why are you against loving families?
