There are several things I have to say I really disagree with here.

First of all megadosing of vitamin C is not a good idea for several reasons. First of all the body can only utilize small amounts of vitamin C at any given time. Excess ascorbic acid is converted in to oxalic acid, which can be a real problem for people with kidney disorders, or that are prone to calcium oxalate stones.

Megadosing of vitamin C can also lead to a condition known as rebound scurvy if discontinued suddenly.

Ascorbic acid ("vitamin C") bought in health food stores is a synthetic compound produced by various chemical reactions on sugars. This is an extremely unstable compound. Back in high school we tested the effects of light, heat and moisture on this synthetic ascorbic acid. In all cases the ascorbic acid was completely destroyed in a little over 30 minutes. Natural forms of vitamin C are not only more stable, but also contain the natural bioflavonoids that vitamin C requires to work properly. Some bioflavonoids, such as quercetin, are also highly antiviral.

Lecithin is good, as it is a major component of myelin. It should be pointed out though that granules are a lot stronger than the softgels or liquids that are highly diluted with soy oil to make them fluid. And I always recommend to MS patients that trying to rebuild the myelin should not be started until the autoimmunity is being controlled or eliminated. Otheriwise you are just creating more targests for destruction by the white blood cells.

I really disagree with the vitmain A dosage. Vitmain A is a lipid soluble vitamin that is stored in the liver. It can build up and become toxic to the liver. Dosing should NEVER exceed 25,000IU DAILY,a nd even that is pushing it and can still cause liver damage long term. It should also be noted that doses this high have very negative effects on bone tissue. I personally never recommend doses above 10,000IU daily unless obtaining the vitamin A from carotenoid supplementation.

Potassium supplementation should also be done with great care. High doses of potassium can cause heart arrhythmias. And high dose potassium is used to stop the heart in lethal injections. If someone is on potassium sparing diuretics or have kidney disorders then potassium supplementation should be avoided altogether.

Another fact not well known about potassium is that many potassium supplements can burn a hole right through the stomach wall. It took quite a while for the pharmaceutical companies to come up with a form of potassium supplementation that would not cause this problem.

As for aloe, polysaccharides are not immune modulators, they are immune stimulants. Polysaccharides stimulate white blood cell activity, which is a bad idea with autoimmune conditions. This is the exact reason that studies have shown that echinacea, which is also polysaccharide rich, actually aggrevated autoimmune disorders.

Green tea also contains polyphenols. In fact they are found in quite a few plants.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is actually DMSO2. It is made from the heating of the industrial solvent DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide). The heating adds an oxygen atom forming the MSM (DMSO2). MSM is safer to use. If people are going to use DMSO they should be made aware that it travels through the skin at such a high rate of speed that it will carry anything on the skin with it, such as soap scum. The skin should be cleaned thoroughly with soap and water first, then the skin cleaned again with alcohol to remove any soap before applying DMSO. It will give you a garlicy smell right away, and can cause a burning sensation.

Baking soda is not a good idea for several reasons. First of all it will wipe out the stomach acid, which is going to lead to a whole host of problems for the body including nutritional deficiencies and possible immune reactions from undigested proteins. It is also high in sodium, which can cause problems for people on sodium restrictions. Baking soda will also neutralize the beneficial polyphenols in the green tea, which are naturally acidic. This is the same reason milk neutralizes the benefits of tea.

There is a very peristent myth that acidity causes disease and alkalinity prevents it. This is FALSE!!! In fact many pathogenic microbes, including Candida thrive in an alkaline environment, and are killed in an acidic environment. This is the basis for Antibiotic induced yeast infections (shifting of the pH to the alklaine side in the vaginal cavity) and why we pickle foods to preserve them (kills the pathogens). This is also why the Heliobacter pylori bacteria secretes ammonium hydroxide to protect itself from our stomach acid. And lactic acid is the byproduct of cancer due to fermentation, not the cause.

Carboxyl groups are not oxygen donors. These groups can form H (which is acidic) and OH (which is alkaline). OH though is a powerful free radical, not an oxidizer.

As for the comment "White cells are lipid based corpuscles and need a lipid source just to form membrane of these corpuscles". All of our cells contain lipids in our membranes. Animals have lipid membraned cells, plants have cellulose based cell walls, not membranes.

As for the commercial chlorophyll products on the market, these are not true chlorophyll. True chlorophyll is magnesium based, and unstable. Commercial chlorophyll replaces the magnesium with sodium/copper to stabilize the molecule. This is why the bottles state sodium-copper chlorophyllin on the ingredients. Again some people need to watch their sodium intake, and copper can be dangerous in high doses. Copper also displaces zinc, which is essential for proper immune function, healing, digestion, SOD formation, etc. And again, it does not supply oxygen. True chlorophyll is similar in structure to hemoglobin, which is iron based instead of magnesium based. It is beleived that chlorophyll may be able to convert in to hemoglobin in the body to help carry oxygen. The highest natural source of chlorophyll is chlorella.
