Please Help with Rosacea!

Hello all, I really need advice bad. I have rosacea which manifests itself with flushing, burning of the face, Acne or Acne like symptoms, very oily skin, and one of the most distressing symptoms is edema and swelling in the face. I was on Doryx for about a month and it helped some with the acne, some with the redness, and some with the edema but it did not help at all with the very oily skin that seems to be at the root of this. So I switched to low dose accutane 10mg per day. After 3 days off the Doryx and one the Accutane my skin is much drier but it looks HORRIBLE. I am very red, Acne has exploded and it is flaring up and breaking out so bad I don't want to go out in public. Should I stay on the accutane or stop and go back on the Doryx? How long long does it take before low dose accutane starts to help rosacea? Does anyone have any tips for treating the facial edema that goes with rosacea? please help I am having trouble taking this! Thank you.
