Pun fully intended!!

I just went to the bathroom a second and third time.
Second time..........Four dark green small marbles and hundreds of tiny marbles. Also present was a great deal of tan chaff.
Third time...........NINE dark green small marbles and hundreds of tiny stones and tan chaff.
That's what years of an unhealthy African-American diet can do to a body.

I just stood there shaking my head....and realized that for the first time in years my sinuses are clear this morning.

I am a true believer!!

Hallelujah!

This was truly a Christmas gift to myself.
