So, Dove, are you wondering if you maybe passed that stone when in church some weeks ago (and had that pain)...and it was only eliminated today because you took metamusil? That is possible! What I have found with the stones that have come out the day after the cleanse (because I don't take enough Epsom Salts to flush them all out right away...but next I WILL definitely because I don't want those stones leaking out into my tract)...got side-tracked. So, yes, I usually pass stones two and even three days after my flush...what I've found is that these stones are actually hollow!! The ones on the first day are filled with the emerald green stuff and then the ones that have sat in my bowel for more than a day have melted on the inside leaving only a crusty outer shell! Their insides had leaked into my colon and bowel, I guess... and (pardon me) the smell was...ugh. You know what I mean. So, I'm wondering if you could experiment and take your Big One out of the freezer, thaw him and then poke a hole or slice him to see if there's anything on the inside? Would you be game for that? That might be one way of telling if he was fresh or not! Although, maybe he is a 'harder' stone...you said he was off-white? (don't know why I'm calling him 'he'! sorry!) hmmmmm...It really would be amazing if that huge stone just came out with that herbal recipe you took! (but not impossible!) Hope to hear from you...
