I haven't had this specific type of session but many, many like it. You're advised to do a Sea Salt or apple cider vinegar bath within a day of a session of this magnitude. Your body breathes a sigh of release and through that process many toxins (both chemical and emotional) can be released. Even dry brushing before that bath would be an excellent idea. Remineralize (sea salt, good veggies) and be kind to your bod for a few days afterward.
Another view of this could be seen from the Eastern standpoint of Kundalini finally being released. Either way, it can easily be a detox reaction. Get some good sleep! :)
