Bloodroot Method
Bloodroot is not a gentle healer, but it will save your life. If you take too much, it will make you projectile vomit. The goal in taking Bloodroot is to take enough of it to cause mild nausea and diarrhea, but not so much that you cannot keep it down. If you take Bloodroot with toxic food, you will not be able to keep it down. But you must take it with food, preferably an apple or orange, or some organic vegetables. You will feel exhausted and need lots of rest while Bloodroot is working.
I recommend starting with a small fraction of the recommended dose, and slowly increase to tolerance. Try to stay right below the throw up range, if possible. The nausea and exhaustion will usually pass in 10-20 minutes and you will feel better. When the dose you are taking stops causing you to feel queasy and tired, increase to a higher dose. Do this for a few weeks, and then give your body a break for a few days, pulsing upwards.
You are supposed to keep increasing the dose until all your symptoms are gone, then stay on it for another thirty days to make sure you have eliminated all the disease from your body. After that it is important to do routine maintenance monthly for prevention. The recommended dose of powdered Bloodroot is one or two teaspoons in a glass of juice. I have been taking it for four years and I still can't keep a quarter teaspoon down.
Bloodroot gave me my life back. I can do yoga again. Five years ago I couldn't turn my head and I couldn't eat. I was about to die. Bloodroot goes after certain parasites, cancer and viruses. It has a reputation for hunting down disease anywhere in the body and eliminating it without harming the surrounding healthy tissue. You can feel bloodroot moving through your body. Native Americans believe it is a spiritual plant, designed by God, for the purpose of bringing a complete healing to those who have dedicated their life to God.
