I did my first liver flush last night. I experienced the nausea, dizzyness, etc., but it wasn't as bad as I had thought it was going to be. Some of my symptoms did indeed improve, so I'm pretty happy about that. I think I have a little more brainfog however.
I haven't had any "full" bowel movements since drinking the coke/oil/lemon though, and the ones I did have were smaller than usual. Almost like I'm constipated. Any thoughts on this?
I also feel I may be able to endure a little more of the post flush sickness, so if I wanted to strengthen the liver flush, how would I do it? More oil? Lemon? Ultra-phos? I'm aware that I could just increase the frequency of the flushes, but how about the actual intensity?
