Prostate control 4 per day saw palmetto, green tea, tomato lycopene, pomegranate
Coenzyme q10 100mg 4 per day
Vitamin e 400 mg 1 per day
Selenium 1 PER DAY
Omega 3-6-9 2 per day
Diet-
No meat- no coffee
Very little chicken
tons of green veg. Broccoli
Tomatoes
Juice: orange, odwalla, naked
Green tea
