I forgot to tell you that I do not eat much fat at all now, since my gall bladder attack in September. I am off all red meat, no fried food, no junk food, no white flour and no White Sugar . I was scared after my gall bladder attack and that helped me to stop eating things that could add to my gall stones problem. I do not eat much spices either. I sure do not want to have gall bladder surgery. I have read and read and many people that have had their gall bladder out have the same problem as they had before. Of course, doctors want to do gall bladder surgery. They want to do any and all surgeries. I wish you luck and hope that you can continue on with your flushes.
