Yes, Yes, Yes, you only use a small amount. Just enough to put a very very very thin and I mean thin layer around my nasel passages. I even use the same q-tip to do both sides. My nose did itch but I think that was a die off reaction because after the worm was out then the itching was gone.

This morning I did it and my eye was itching and then I scratched the corner a little and out came this white thing. Dead of course. As I am typing I am feeling that same kind of itch in the corner of my other eye where the tear ducts are located. OMG, they are everywhere. Better out than in as we say.

My right nostral used to be closed but now it is open and I can breath. I don't think the cream will give you inflamation, I think it is the critters dying off that are excreating ammonia and fecal matter than is causing the inflamation. In no time at all the cream healed the small amount of inflamation that I had.

This is only my thoughts. If anyone else knows why you get the itching before the critters die then please let us all know. Donna
