This morning I began to practice your suggested procedure in juicing wheatgrass blades.

So after first juicing , wheatgrass matter that come out from the juicer I put into the water to soak. After that I put it again into juicer.

The cup of water where I soked the green juiced matter I additionaly pour over the green juice from juicer.

So I break my previous axiom. I'll explore your idea to drink dilluted wheatgrass in water.
