I started out with oregano oil to knock down the candida in my body. It works great, but you are supposed to rotate them so your candida or fungi don't adapt to it and make it ineffective. I also took olive leaf extract, garlic, and grapefruit seed extract (nutrabiotic tablets-you can also get liquid drops for the rinsing). These supplements combined with an anti-candida diet really made a huge difference. Bromelain really helped to reduce the swelling in the sinuses so they can drain.
