Iodine Supplementation for Goiter

Can someone please tell me what the dosage is for Kelp Iodine supplementation for goiter? I have a non-toxic goiter, enlarged on both sides. I am willing to try anything to get this goiter to shrink, as it is causing problem with swallowing, and of course, is very unsightly. All the doctors can say is "surgery" and I don't want it.

I have Kelp tablets, 225mcg per tablet, and Selenium 100 mcg. I have been taking two kelp and one selenium daily for the last four days. I am also taking garlic capsules, 8000 mg a day.

I am going to try the Master Cleanse, and want to know if I can take these supplements with the cleanse.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
