Cramp Bark, how to use

Hi, I have pain in my muscle of neck and left shoulder which is brought on by stress.
Now, I've read that cramp bark is good for stressed muscles but does'nt say how to use it.
"Cramp Bark: is an analgesic for pain. It helps with tension that is
locked in the muscles and connective tissue. It's an antispasmodic.
So cramp bark can be so useful. You don't have to take it
internally even. You can just rub it on the area and it will sedate
the muscles and the connective tissue immediately upon contact.
It stains so be careful but really effective. It helps with spasms,
as well, which basically happens to muscles when they have had
enough."
Thanks.
