will do second flush 3 days after first

Hello all it is great to be able to share our experiences and all grown and evolve together.
I am going to do my second flush on Wednesday.
My first one went fine although I have only had 2 bowel movements since. I lost around 5 kilograms in one day . I feel my bowel or colon is clugged up due to pain killers I need ot take each day. I have been having a lot of flactulence b4 my flush and so far that has been reduced.
I am feeling bloated again though after tonights tea(lasanga) my intuition is telling me my insides need a good clearing out so I will do flush again and report my experience.
By the way does anyone else get dark brown to red or black seed like stones as this is what i had will a light tan flemy sort poo..
