FLUSH-can I drink water between epsom drinks?

Hi, I 'm doing the Liver Flush tonight for the first time and the recipe instructions say not to eat OR drink anything for four hours before, or during the course of the night. I assume this includes water, but won't I get dehydrated? thanks if you can answer this for me. Tweet
