I am going to do the liver flush. Can I drink ANYTHING between the epsom drinks and oil/grapefruit drink? It says not to eat OR drink for four hours before I start my course of epsom drinks, but does this include water? I assume it does, but won't I get dehydrated? thanks if you have an answer for me.
