might have been the light olive oil.. but for me.. i have not successfully completed the flush. perhaps because i didnt do the earlier cleansing preperations. or because i was freaked out like mad when i first felt a few stones passing through me... oh man.. freaky feelingg.. thats why im not sure if i should do it again. might be a waste of time . i'd get freaked out once again and stay up two hours. ..
