Again, thanks for the speedy reply. I definately plan on doing maintanence. I could easily do the Clark one, so I will try that, after I finish the Paragone. I also need to research and see if those herbs will help control candida, as I have an overgrowth of that. Although with everything I am eliminating on the Paragone, I'm sure that I am getting rid of that too!
