Newbie -- just did 1st Flush
I was diagnosed with
Gallstones mid-November. My general practioner immediately referred me to a surgeon that didn't want to wait to do surgery. I didn't feel "threatened" by my gallbladder (only had three mild attacks) so decided to do some research, which led me to this website.
With my family's hesitate support (fearing for my safety, God Bless them) I did my first flush last night using Dr. Clark's method, although I used less Epson Salts and added Magesium Citrate. The
Olive-Oil and grapefruit juice mixture wasn't near as bad as I'd set myself up for, which is good since it appears I'll be doing more flushes. I slept soundly through the night, although I did dream that I was walking thru an Army triage unit and told them I had stomach pains and was placed on a gurney (I have a son in service -- a field medic -- hence the dream?) I expect I had the dream while my gallbladder did its thing!
Results::: Only 47 pea green balls. I was a little disappointed there weren't more. And since I've read that they don't even show up on ultrasound I guess I know I have more flushes to do.
Thanks for a great site, caring people, and lots of information. It makes a newbie like me feel better knowing others have/are going thru same thing.
