Kale and Potato Soup
Yield: 6 servings

4 ea Potatoes; medium 2 Tblsp Coconut Oil
1C Chicken Broth Plus water 1 ts Himalayan Salt
1/2 ts Pepper 2 lb Kale; fresh & cut
1/2 lb Garlic Sausage *(optional) *(optional)Season with Braggs
Amino Acids.
* sprinkle cheese on top
*(optional)Garlic Sausage,cooked and sliced.

Peel and chop potatoes. Combine with coconut oil and water. Cook for 20
to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove potatoes and reserve
liquid. Add potatoes cut as you like, and return to potato liquid. Add
salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Wash kale discarding all tough
leaves and cut into shreds. Add to potatoes your choice condiments.
Then cook for 25 minutes.*(optional to add sausage.) Simmer gently.
Sprinkle cheese on top of each soup. Enjoy.
