After you have done about 12 or maybe even 16 flushes or about 3000 stones you are done with the bulk of the cleansing. Then depending on your lifestyle and body you may only need to do it a couple of times a year. Or at least that is my understanding of it. But it can take years for the liver and other organs to totally heal up if you are in bad shape to begin with.
