Nightmares

Is it usual to have nightmares when you are doing a parasite cleanse maybe its just because I have been reading and posting and thinking about them so much over the last few days but last night I woke up at 5am and then about 6.30, when I just stayed a wake because I had to be up for seven anyway. Both at 5am and 6.30am I made myself wake up because what I was dreaming was so disturbing and horrible. I just wondered if anyone else had this?
