Re: Have to end fast, and start again Monday. Four days, better than none!

U did well, i believe, beaking the fast for some loving reasons...
I believe we do need to be flexible, from time to time, i believe, we need to pour some water in our wine..(this is a french saying...)even if there, it would fit better saying we need to pour some wine in our water... ;)
i have been a strict vegeterian for 18 years (i'm 35) and last year, after some work and talks with a friend therapist, i started eating again some meat and fish....i felt there was then suddenly something opening in my mind!
I just say that cause i believe from time to time, we can become rigid.........and stick to our positions, decisions...
Life needs us, calls us to be flexible.
What doesnt move is dead..what moves is alive.
Anyway, just to say...we are made to be eating and although i am a strong fan of fasting, having felt so much benefits from it, either juice or just water fasting...still, we can make it easy for us and the ones around us!
Doesnt mean we should stop fasting each time a friend or relative invites us for a bite but still...some special moments, like the ones we spend with our beloved older relatives...they're precious, them and the moments shared with them.
Soooooo, well done, you've shown how clever u are, heart cleverness :)
