More recently Dr. Mercola has advised to eat only the raw egg yolks...he doesn't eat the whites at all. He suggests to add raw egg yolks to raw, fresh juices. He also advises that another way of consuming raw egg yolks is to add them to the left-over pulp from juicing, along with additions of flax seeds, garlic, ginger, tobassco or the like for flavoring and to eat this as a breakfast porridge.
