Strange Happenings

Well I am kind of new here but when I was little (grade 4) I have a very terrifing experiance my cousin had been sleeping over for the night and we were watching tv and I noticed something not a light or anything flew past the window my cousin had also noticed so being so young our minds wondered thinking it was a monster or something on that line later that night probably 2 or 3 in the morning I remember running down from my bedroom into the living room because I heard screaming and lots of foot steps as if 20 or so people were walkin all at once so once I got into the living room I immidiately hid behind the couch like and I remember seeing (beings not human) walkin with my family Brother , Mom , Cousin , Dad and me being behind the could see from peakin over all this taking place and I remember them moving the couch and taking me but this is all I remember

But just recently i am now 22 years old I have been having paralizing feelings while I am sleeping and I am awake and usually I dont see anything nothing really happens I just can't move for 20 seconds or so but more recently I have had several contacts
one where i was watching tv in my bed room and a being appeared I was immediately paralized and I had this sense of feeling that it was "pissed off" cuz it didn't get what it wanted another there was two beings in the hall way out side of my room and just looking at me and one communicated to the other one "this one can't be touched" and they dissappeared during this i was not paralized I was awake watching TV I am afraid because these occourances are happening more freqently anyone have any ideas?
