Qustion about H2o2 and Ozone and Autoimmune

I read a lot about h2o2 water.

Question This study said that h2o2 and antioxidents have opposite effect

So how can I get use the two together by separation or should I not attempt that because it would be a waste of money.


Also are the ozone water units worth the money or should I wait and get one to supply with oxygen.


I've been found to have autoimmune problems but no dx and I would like a head start....any suggestions
