Flush and fun!

OK, I did flush last night. The results were expected - not many stones, just about a handful. Sizes from 1x0.5 to 1.5x1cm and one 2.5x1.5cm!

This was 3 one in the 2 series. My 1st series I kept flushing over a year until I was clean, then took the brake for may be 6 month and started again. May one more flush to go clean again!

Fun part.
6pm - hot water bottle to warm up.
6.45pm I had a glass of white wine.
7pm started "slow" way. In between of portions of oil I ate (almost) 1 red chilli and a few bits of chocolate.
10pm - finish.
Today morning, 8.30 - a glass of beetroot juice, followed by 3 glasses of carrot juice. And had a few green things floating in the toilet. And a few more another time. May be little more in the evening.

So, I guess, I can spice it up next time, why suffer?
