Parkinson's, Hepatitis C, and West Nile Virus

I am in need of ANY advice on what I can do to specifically fight the symtpoms of Parkinson's disease, while I also have Hepatitis C as well as having contracted the West Nile Virus in May 2003 (which may have led to Parkinsons'). I am interested in doing the Master Cleanse, however I don't know how to time it with the Carbidopa/Levadopa pills, and if there would be any ercognized benefit or possible detrement to my Parkinson's regemin. I suffer from horrible stiffness and I am on Medicare so I cannot get funding for alternative medicine Doctor's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
