See you know exactly how I was feeling after trying to restart over and over for almost a week! Ergh!

Going to climb in bed with my new book I found. Called The Body Restoration Plan :)

Seems fitting while fasting.

Really gonna go lay down now, I have a tendancy to say I am gonna lay down, then see something I need to do and get busy.

My only vice, not wanting to rest while fasting, I know I should but well... that's the life of us who have families and jobs eh?
