Sorry I haven't written before, but it appears that I have been banned for CureZone.  I'm not sure if this post will go through even, but I'm trying to answer you.  In case I can't post again, you can find all my previous posts by clicking on my username on this post.  There is alot of information that has helped others.  Some important, and some not very significant.

About the diet, not everyone has the same adverse reactions to the same foods as not everyone has the same cause of odor, etc.  You may have numerous factors that produce your particular odor, it may be localized or metabolic in nature, or both.  There is no way anyone can tell you what your particular situation is with just reading your email.  Yes, you do have to eat, but you have to find your own diet slowly but surely. 

Perhaps if you tell us what part of your body the odor comes from, and what type of odor you have, how you describe it.  How do you know you have it, what feedback have you gotten from people, other than that it's all in your mind. 

Also, what do you normally eat?    With a little more info, maybe we can help you along.
