Well, HHI practioners are not available to me.
I am not from USA.

The dilemma when considering optimum between various constraints is familiar to me when I follow detox procedure with my colon cancer problem year ago.

But I was lucky, my liver were excellent.

And I was able to regulate intensivity of detox by taking different kind of vegetable for juicing and by diluting juice with destilated water.
So I started with gentle vegetable and finished with beetle juice which was very bioactive and also agresive in detoxing.

But at the liver problem this philosophy ( when you follow the eay from outer organs to inner organs ) is more demanding. Liver is the carrier of the detox procedure by itself. Specially when chirrosis as the consequence of auto-immunity is the problem as my relative is trying to work on.

I'll try to educate myself with more HHI books if I get them.

Let me express once more my gratitude for energy and ideas you gave and Ann's books me year ago when I started to grow wheatgrass and barley on flat balcony.

It seems I am noe in the routine thanks to you and Quinta Essentia.
