Re: What NOT to do in a flush!

I'm sorry you felt ill, but don't feel bad about your results. I actually am envious of your results! The last 4 Liver Cleanses I've done I have gotten all chaff and 2 or three little stones. I do Dr Clark's liver cleanse to the LETTER and have recently had an ultrasound showing I had lots of stones and thick gallbladder walls plus swelling. The only "bone" I get thrown at me from my Liver Cleanses are that the day after the cleanse I ususally pass one BIG stone. I always wonder if that "big" stone is blocking the way for all the little ones. I remember when I first started flushing I got so, so many stones and I felt accomplished in my flushing. Now, all I get is chaff, two or three little stones and one big one. Much less satisfying. You did not waste a day or even a flush. Keep on flushing! Tweet
