Looking for good Hemorrhoid Doctor in Phoenix, AZ

I have a external hemorrhoid issue left over from surgery from one year ago. Looks like it can be cured by an external banding then maybe lasered off.

Im in phoenix, az I have seen 3 doctors and they just tell me to let it heal naturally. It has been a year and it swells after BM some and after sex. I can always feel it there and cant sit down for long period of time.

This is bull. I had found one doctor here that can help me but she no longer takes Aetna insurance now. Grrrrrrrrrr
