I was wondering, how long you have been refeeding since your last fast. I am a newbie to fasting, but I trust body wisdom and know that often we are mindlessly drawn to foods so that your body can replenish vital nutrients. Is there a prescribed duration of refeeding relative to the length of your fast? I have read your posts and know you are generally a "clean" eater, have you considered entering what you ate during your refeeding into FitDay to see if there was a signifigant lack of a particular nutrient? If there was you may be able to replenish and then proceed again... :o)
