you're not actually anemic (your RBC + hemoglobin counts are normal). Your serum iron is just below normal limits, but this is not the same as being anemic.
You have a very mild macrocytosis (increased RBC size - this is what the slightly high MCV means), but without any accompanying anemia, this in and of itself shouldn't be problematic.
What's the RDW? Do you have any medical problems (e.g. kidney diseases, inflammatory diseases)? Lots of things can cause low TIBC.
There is not necessarily anything wrong with you. However, I would not expect B12/folate supplements to remedy the abnormal values.
Why did you have the iron tests done when your RBC/Hgb/Hct were normal? I'm assuming that you have some other medical condition you haven't told us about...
