Does photon have finite or zero rest mass?

When the system as a whole is at rest, the invariant mass is
equal to the total energy of the system divided by c2, which
is equal to the mass of the system as measured on a scale.
If the system is one particle, the invariant mass may
also be called the rest mass.
It means that photon as real particle must have rest mass (m=E/ c^2.)

When physicists decided ( for the reason c= 1) that photon must
have zero mass rest ( m= 0) they were wrong. Because this was
classical/ mechanic point of view. And the particles of microworld
subordinate to laws of Quantum theory.

But still now physicists use only mechanic of Quantum’s laws.
There isn’t philosophy of Quantum theory.
In his 1997 book ” The End of Certainty” Nobel Laureate
Ilya Prigogine wrote:
"The more we know about our universe, the more difficult
it becomes to believe in determinism."
and
“ The quantum paradox is real nightmare for classic mind ”
To his book ” Quantum theory “ ( published in 2002 )
