magnetic pulser root canals

I have a question about the magnetic pulser. I have read that it can disable microbes that are not floating around in the bloodstream, but are hiding in places like root canals, stomach area, etc. Does that mean that I can apply it directly to the bad teeth somehow? And would that affect the metal fillings in any way?? Thanks. Tweet
