water retention
hi, hope someone can help me.
i have trouble with water retention. i drink black strap, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and apple cider vinegar mixture every morning. orange juice, somtimes lemon ade, 70 to 80 ozs. of water daily. i try to eat well but not 100% of the time (i'm only human). i do not eat salt and when i do it's
Sea Salt . i don't eat can foods or processed foods. i take fish oil, liver complex, gaba, vitamin e oil, kelp, vitamin c, ginseng blend, and just started bentonite. i walk everyday 3 to 5 miles a day early in the morning, read this gets your liver going. i do all this and still have water retention! what else must i do? i need some advice, i hope someone can give me some good solid advice. i'm thinking of doing another cleanse.
